Dog is man’s best friend. There is truth to this and let us help you to
make your four-legged friend a pleasant addition to your household.
Do you think that your dog is “bad?” Dogs do not do things “just to make
you angry…rather they simply follow natural dog behavior rules. Does your
dog speak English? No, of course not, no dog does. Nor do they speak any
other language for that matter. Think about it. If your dog doesn't even
speak your language how can you just assume that they should know exactly
how to behave in your house and in society. Dogs can quickly be
misunderstood especially given the high standards that we set for them.
Training can be a frustrating process if you don't figure out a way to
communicate with your dog. Let A Dog's World give you some pointers to
help teach English as a second language to your dog.

From a Dog's Point of View

“Training does not limit a dog, training frees a dog. My dog is
not limited because s/he does what I tell her. She is free: free to
ride with me, free to meet people, free to run off lead in the park,
free to play with other dogs. The untrained dog is free to sit in
the backyard all by itself”

“Ever consider what they must think of us? I mean, here we
come back from a grocery store with the most amazing haul-
chicken, pork, half cow. They must think we're the greatest
hunters on earth!”

“I know that dogs are pack animals, but it's difficult to
imagine a pack of standard poodles . . . and if there was such
a thing as a pack of standard poodles, where would they rove
to? Bloomingdale's?”
