City Sponsored Park
Responsible Pet Ownership - self maintenance?
Will maintenance cost more than for other community parks?
Will there be rules and regulations?
Will there be any type of overseer or park personnel to enforce regulations
Is there the possibility of a core group of volunteers who will maintain the
part and enforce rules & regulations?
Is there the possibility of a park with a "card swipe" gate whose members pay
a fee to join? This would allow revocation of members who do not follow the rules
and regulations.
Private Park
Perhaps the City could contract the management of the dog park to a
knowledgeable person/business who could then charge for admission and establish
rules and regulations.
